Dorothy G. McWilliams Dorothy McWilliams, 82, a former Geneva resident, passed away on Jan. 7, 2013, in Phelps. Dorothy is survived by her children, Cindy McWilliams of Canandaigua, Michael McWilliams of Apalachicola, Fla., Kathleen McElvein of Farmington, Patrick McWilliams of Manchester, Margaret Bavis (Paul Burnett) of Stanley, Jennifer (Samuel) Voigt of Michigan, Robyn (Thomas) Biesenbach of Phelps and Sheila (Robert) Henderson of Farmington; sisters, Betty Jane Kouwe of Seneca Falls, Marian Bliek of Farmington, Jerry Dewind of Florida and Michael McGinty of Newark; 17 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband of 42 years, George R. McWilliams; daughter, Ellen L. McWilliams; and brother, Francis Dewind. Friends may call on Friday, January 11, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Fuller Funeral Home Inc., 190 Buffalo St., Canandaigua. A 2 p.m. funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 12, at the funeral home.
