Patrica J Dubbs

Patricia J. Dubbs, 77, of Port Byron, passed away Wednesday, June 10th, 2026.

Patricia was born on February 11, 1949, in Elmira, NY, to the late Ellison William and Marjorie Jane (Tobias) Parfitt. She was employed as a Registered Nurse for 24 years with Taylor Brown Memorial Hospital in Waterloo and was the school nurse at Jordan Elbridge Elementary School prior to her retirement. Patricia was a member of the Federated Church in Port Byron and was active in many of their events, including the church luncheons and dinners. She had a love for the outdoors, whether it was camping, going to the beach, or her yearly Cape Cod trips with her family.

Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, David Dubbs; her children, Melanie Charleston, Jacob Dubbs, and Joshua (Becky) Dubbs; grandchildren, David Charleston, Emily Charleston, Isaac Dubbs, and Lora Dubbs; her great-grandchild, Ella Charleston; her brother, William (Ann) Parfitt; her niece, Kathy; and nephew, Joe. In addition to her parents, Patricia is predeceased by her son-in-law, Stephen Charleston.

A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 17th, at 2 PM in the Port Byron Federated Church, 35 Texpultz Parkway, Port Byron, NY 13140.
