On February 17th 2013 at 10:59pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Seth M. Bennett, age 20, of 9 Barker Street Seneca Falls New York for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Bennett was located walking along the street while officers responded to a domestic dispute that he was alledged to have been involved in. Upon further investigation officers found that Bennett was in possession of marijuana. Bennett was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on February 28th 2013 at 10:00am.
