On Tuesday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Steven Irish, 60, of Seneca Falls following a trespassing complaint from a local business.

Irish is accused of violating an active trespass notice that banned him from entering the establishment. He was charged with one count of trespass, a violation.

Irish was processed and released on an appearance ticket to answer the charge in court at a later date.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
