On the 18th of February 2013 the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Steven Derose, age 59, of 25 Peterman Rd, Seneca Falls NY 13148 for Harassment in the 2nd degree on an arrest warrant. The arrest stems from an incident that occured on the 16th of February where Derose allegedly made physical threats to another person. Derose was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and was ROR'd. Derose is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 13th of March 2013 at 0900hrs.
