On 02-10-13 at approx 1800hrs, SFPD arrested Richard M. Yasher, age 23, of 14 Auburn Rd Apt 16, Seneca Falls, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd. Yasher was observed driving a motor vehicle on State St in the Town of Seneca Falls while his driving privileges were revoked. Yasher was issued a Traffic Summons and released to appear in Town of Seneca Falls Court on 03-07-13 at 1000hrs.
