On January 2nd 2013 around 7:00am Seneca Falls Police arrested William M. Fayette age 27 of 202 Melong Village Auburn New York, 13021 for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating with an expired inspection. This resulted from a property damage motor vehicle accident at the intersection of State Route 5 and Lamb Road. Fayette is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on January 24th 2013 at 10:00am to answer his charges.
