On 01-01-13 20-year old Kyle Pinkard of Victor was arrested for unlawful possession of marihuana. This stemmed from a complaint of someone smoking marihuana in Apartment 706 of the Great Brook Apartments in the Town of Victor. He was released to appear in the Town of Victor at a later date to answer to the charge.
