On 12/16/12 at or about 1:39 PM,Ontario County Sheriff Deputies arrested 19 year old Scott T. Ford of Farmington for unlawful possession of marihuana on State Route 96 in the Town of Victor. Ford was originally stopped for operating with an inoperable brake light. He was issued appearance tickets for both charges and released. He will answer the charges in Victor Town Court on a later date.
