29 year old Herland Bouwens of Newark was arrest was arrested on a indictment warrant issued by Judge Reed, The charges listed on the warrant are Assault on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration. He was arraigned in front of Judge Reed and Bouwens was sent to the Ontario County Jail where he is being held on the charges.
