Deputies from the Ontario County Sheriff Office responded to the French residence for a domestic dispute which reportedly involved the threatened use of a shotgun. At the home 51 year old Scott French of Farmington was taken into custody without incident and later charged with Menacing in the 2nd degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Possession of a weapon in the 41'1 degree. Mr. French will appear at a later date in Farmington Town Court to answer to the charges.
