On 09/28/12 at or about 2:13 PM Ontario County Sheriff Deputies investigated a one vehicle personal injury motor vehicle accident that occurred on Irving Road in the Town of Phelps. 21-year old Sierra M. Donk of Phelps was operating her vehicle east bound when it is believed she had a seizure which caused her to go off the roadway and down, a small embankment. As a result of the accident she sustained a small laceration to her facial area. She was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by Phelps Ambulance for further treatment. Phelps Fire Department also responded to the scene and assisted. No other cause of the accident was found and it appears she was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the collision.
