A Walworth man is facing charges following a domestic incident investigation in the Town of Marion.

According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, 31-year-old Coty Vancuyck was arrested after deputies investigated a reported domestic incident on Chaintree Drive.

Deputies charged Vancuyck with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child under the age of 17. Authorities said the charges stem from several alleged crimes committed during the incident.
