On Friday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Shaniqura Bailey, 33, of Seneca Falls.

The arrest stems from an incident at a local business where Bailey allegedly entered the store and selected merchandise. Bailey then allegedly failed to render payment for the items and passed all points of sale. Bailey was later located and charged with Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor.

Bailey was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
