A man is facing a charge after allegedly resisting deputies during a criminal investigation in Wayne County.

According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, 38-year-old Timothy Walker of Galen, was arrested following an investigation into a family dispute that occurred early Friday morning in Clyde.

Deputies allege Walker obstructed their investigation by resisting officers while they were conducting a criminal investigation. He was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

Walker was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
