Two Arrested for Retail Theft in Victor

On Tuesday, Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 19-year-old Golden Webb and 27-year-old Zechariah Davis, both of Rochester, following an investigation into a retail theft.

According to authorities, Webb was charged with third-degree burglary, petit larceny, endangering the welfare of a child, possession of burglary tools, and sixth-degree conspiracy. Co-defendant Davis was charged with petit larceny, endangering the welfare of a child, and sixth-degree conspiracy.

Deputies report that on June 29, Webb and Davis allegedly stole $210 worth of merchandise from the BJ’s Wholesale Club located at 50 Eastview Mall Drive in Victor.

Webb was transported to the Ontario County Jail for centralized arraignment processing. Davis was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges in Victor Town Court at a later date.

 

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
