A Seneca Falls man has been charged with a felony after an investigation into the alleged recording of a juvenile victim.

According to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department, detectives arrested 27-year-old Issiah M. McIntyre on Thursday.  The arrest follows an investigation conducted during May. Police allege that McIntyre video recorded a juvenile victim while the victim was in a state of undress.

He was charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Following his arrest, McIntyre was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. Police said an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
