Seneca Falls Man Arrested Twice Following Domestic Incidents

A Seneca Falls man faces multiple charges after being arrested twice following domestic incidents late last month.

The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department reports that 41-year-old David Whitcomb was first arrested at approximately 3:45 p.m. on June 26. In that incident, Whitcomb was charged with Assault in the Third Degree and Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree. Following the initial arrest, he was transported to the Seneca County Jail for centralized arraignment.

The next day, on June 27, police arrested Whitcomb again following another domestic incident. For the second incident, he was charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree.

Whitcomb was once again transported to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.

 

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
