A Penn Yan man was arrested following a complaint at a local property.
Penn Yan Police arrested 58-year-old David Jensen for Trespass after responding to a report that he was present at a location from which he had been previously banned. Officers located Jensen on the property and escorted him from the premises.
Jensen was issued an appearance ticket and released. He is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer the charge.
