Seneca Falls Man Arrested Following Domestic Disturbance

A Seneca Falls man faces multiple misdemeanor charges following a domestic disturbance.

The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department reports that 62-year-old Edward Timblin was arrested on Monday. Timblin has been charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree, Harassment in the First Degree, Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree, and Stalking in the Fourth Degree.

Timblin was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and subsequently transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to be held pending centralized arraignment.

Authorities noted that an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
