On Wednesday, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Geneva woman following a stolen vehicle investigation in the Town of Waterloo.

Raven Robinson, 32, was taken into custody at approximately 9:00 p.m. and charged with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a class E felony, and Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree, a class B misdemeanor.

The arrest stems from a complaint filed on June 28, when Robinson allegedly took a vehicle that did not belong to her. Authorities state she failed to return the vehicle to the victim and was later located in Rochester by the New York State Police.

Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies coordinated with the State Police to take Robinson into custody and successfully recover the stolen vehicle.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
