Seneca Falls Man Arrested After Fight

On Tuesday morning, a Seneca Falls man was arrested by local police following a report of a physical fight in progress.

The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department took 35-year-old Devon Thomas into custody after it was determined that he allegedly subjected a victim to unwanted physical contact and damaged the property of a second victim during the altercation.

Thomas was charged with one count of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, a misdemeanor, and one count of Harassment in the Second Degree, a violation.

He was transported to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
