On Saturday, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Town of Savannah man following a 911 hang-up investigation on Savannah Spring Lake Road.

Justin Oram, 37, was charged with Harassment in the Second Degree, two separate counts of Criminal Mischief, and Unlawful Imprisonment.

According to deputies, the charges stem from a disturbance during which a female victim attempted to call 911 for help before the call was cut short. Oram allegedly fled the scene before law enforcement arrived but later turned himself in to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 2:22 PM on Saturday. He was officially placed under arrest at 2:33 PM.

Oram was processed at the Wayne County Jail and held for the Centralized Arraignment Part Court.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
