On Sunday evening, deputies with the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Aurelius resident on drunk driving charges.

Andrea Beagle, 44, was allegedly charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense), aggravated driving while intoxicated, and moving from a lane unsafely.

Beagle is scheduled to answer the charges in Brutus Town Court at a later date.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
