Penn Yan Man Arrested On Bench Warrant

On Wednesday, Penn Yan Police arrested a local resident on a bench warrant out of Penn Yan Village Court.

Dameyon Miller was taken into custody at the Penn Yan Village Court for failing to appear in court regarding original charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the Second Degree.

Miller was transported to the Penn Yan Police Department for processing and was subsequently brought back to Penn Yan Village Court to appear before a judge.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
