On Wednesday, deputies with the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Rochester woman on an outstanding warrant.

Giselle Caito, 22, was taken into custody on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court regarding original charges of trespass. Authorities noted that Caito was already being held at the Monroe County Correctional Facility when Seneca County deputies assumed custody of her.

She was subsequently transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await centralized arraignment.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
