Rochester Man Arrested for Trespassing at Eastview Mall

A Rochester man was arrested Sunday afternoon after deputies say he violated a lifetime ban from Eastview Mall.

According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 35-year-old Christian Ramirez was taken into custody around 4 p.m. on Sunday  at the mall.

Deputies said Ramirez was observed inside the property despite having been previously banned for life on December 16, 2025.

He was charged with trespass and transported to the sheriff’s office substation, where he was issued an appearance ticket.

Ramirez is scheduled to answer the charge at Victor Town Court at a later date.
