Cato Man Arrested For Criminal Mischief

On Sunday, deputies with the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Cato resident following an incident in the village.

Gavin Clarke, 22, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Clarke is scheduled to answer the charge in Conquest Town Court at a later date.

 

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
