Penn Yan Man Arrested for Alleged Incident Involving Minors

A Penn Yan man has been arrested following an investigation into an incident involving minors.

Penn Yan Police took 58-year-old David Jensen into custody and charged him with forcible touching and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. According to authorities, Jensen allegedly touched the buttocks of a 16-year-old. A 15-year-old child was also present during the incident.

Jensen was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer the charges.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
