On Thursday, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Antwan Terry of Lyons following a drug investigation.

Terry was arrested on a Superior Court Indictment Warrant stemming from an investigation that began in October 2025 into drug sales in the Town of Lyons. Investigators discovered Terry was allegedly selling crack cocaine from residences on Water Street and Church Street, leading to the execution of search warrants at both locations on December 19, 2025.

A warrant was issued on July 21 following an indictment charging Terry with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree and two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree.

Terry was arraigned in Wayne County Court and released. He is scheduled to return to court on August 8 to answer the charges.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
