Ovid Resident Charged With Seneca Falls Larceny

On Thursday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Howard Ward, 64, of Ovid, following a theft investigation.

Ward was accused of one count of petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.

Police issued Ward an appearance ticket, and he is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer the charge.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
