Three juveniles were issued appearance tickets for Petit Larceny by the Penn Yan Police Department following an investigation into stolen money.

According to authorities, the three youths allegedly stole $500 from another individual’s wallet.

Following the incident, the juveniles were issued tickets directing them to appear at Yates County Probation alongside their parents.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
