On Monday, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Geneva man following a traffic stop on Border City Road in the Town of Waterloo.
Juan Dejesus Gomez, 27, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated due to a prior conviction within the past 10 years, along with misdemeanor aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and a speeding violation.
Deputies stopped Dejesus Gomez at approximately 12:39 a.m. after observing his vehicle allegedly speeding. Following a roadside investigation, he was taken into custody and transported to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, where he reportedly refused to submit to a chemical test.
Dejesus Gomez was then taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await Central Arraignment Part Court.
