Seneca Falls Man Facing Felony Burglary Charge

On Friday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael Mclean, 46, of Seneca Falls, following a reported domestic disturbance.

At approximately 8:36 p.m., officers took Mclean into custody after investigating an altercation where he allegedly entered and remained inside a home unlawfully. While inside, Mclean engaged in a physical altercation that caused physical injury to the victim.

Mclean was charged with Burglary in the First Degree and Assault in the Third Degree.

Following processing, Mclean was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.

An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
