On Sunday, Cayuga County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Victory resident following a reported incident.
Dale Gamba, 61, was arrested at approximately 12:20 p.m. and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury.
No other details of the alleged crime were released by the Sheriff’s Office.
