Deputies responded to a residence in the Town of Conquest at approximately 8:10 AM after receiving reports of a domestic incident. Upon their arrival, victims at the scene reported that Clarke had allegedly damaged their property, specifically a window and a flowerpot.

Following their investigation, deputies arrested Clarke and transported him to the Public Safety Building for processing. Clarke was subsequently arraigned at Centralized Arraignment, where an Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victims.

He was released and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Conquest Court at a later date.
