Yates County Public Health and the Yates Prevention Coalition are asking students and parents to help shape future efforts to reduce youth vaping.

The organizations have formed a JUUL Settlement Funds Workgroup to develop programs and interventions aimed at preventing youth e-cigarette use. As part of that effort, they are gathering feedback through separate surveys for students and parents or guardians.

Officials say the survey responses will help guide how settlement funds from JUUL are used to address youth vaping in Yates County.

Participants who complete either survey will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card. One gift card will be awarded for each survey.
