The Casey Park Pool in Auburn will be open for five additional days this summer through a partnership between the city and the Auburn YMCA.
The pool’s expanded schedule includes:
- Wednesday, July 29
- Thursday, July 30
- Wednesday, August 5
- Thursday, August 6
- Friday, August 7
The Auburn YMCA will provide certified lifeguards at no cost for the additional days.
YMCA officials said the expanded schedule will give more residents access to safe recreational opportunities during the summer.
“The Casey Park Pool is more than just a place to swim—it’s a place where our community comes together,” Auburn YMCA CEO Scott Sincerebeaux said. “We are grateful for the shared commitment to making this resource available to as many people as possible.”
The YMCA credited the Auburn City Council, City Manager Jenny Haines and Mayor Jimmy Giannettino for supporting the expanded schedule.
