Racchelle Elizabeth Dickson was stopped for failure to keep right and failure to comply northbound on Route 21 in the Town of Manchester. It was later determined that she was in an intoxicated condition and she was arrested for driving while intoxicated. She will appear at a later date in Manchester Town Court to answer to the charges.
