PA Man Faces Charges for May Crash in Schuyler County

A Pennsylvania man is facing multiple charges following a crash in Schuyler County.

The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office says 32-year-old Kyle Smith of York, Pennsylvania, was arrested after a personal injury crash on County Road 18 in the Town of Dix on May 21st.

Deputies charged Smith with Driving While Intoxicated with a prior conviction, Aggravated DWI with a child in the vehicle, Driving While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol content above point-zero-eight, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Smith was issued traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Dix Town Court.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
