An 18-year-old Buffalo resident faces a felony charge following an investigation into a shoplifting incident at Eastview Mall last month.

On Wednesday, Ontario County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Curtis Clemons Jr. for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree. The arrest stems from a reported theft on May 13 at the Lululemon store in the Town of Victor. Authorities allege that Clemons and an unidentified female accomplice entered the business and stole $2,366.00 worth of merchandise.

Clemons was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge in Victor Town Court at a later date. Deputies noted that the investigation remains open as they work to identify the female suspect involved in the incident.

The charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Police reports are automatically removed from this site after 90 days.
