Mary Elizabeth Mourer of 29.5 Saltonstall St in Canandaigua was arrested Friday evening on a Hopewell Town Court Bench Warrant for failure to pay a fine. The defendant was arraigned in Canandaigua City Court and released. She is scheduled to appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
