The Ontario Co Sheriffs Office received information from the Wayne Co Sheriffs Office that 37 year old Charles Bel may be in the Village of Clifton Springs and that he had an active warrant out of the Palmyra Town Court for failure to verify his address as a sex offender. He was located at 6 Kendall St and taken into custody. He was then turned over to the Wayne Co Sheriffs Office for arraignment in Palmyra.
