On 02/13/13 at approximately 8:39 a.m., the Seneca Falls Police arrested Alissa M. Ciancaglini, age 34, of 16 Walnut Street, Seneca Falls, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree following a traffic stop. She was also charged with Uninspected Motor Vehicle and Unlicensed Operator and was released on traffic tickets. She is to appear in court on 02/28/13 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charges.
