On the 24th of December 2012 around 1:56pm Geoffrey Montgomery age 40, of 1841 Auburn Rd Seneca Falls NY was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department on Felony Criminal Mischief Charges. The charges resulted from a domestic incident that occured at a residence on Auburn Rd in the Town of Seneca Falls on the 15th of December 2012.
Seneca Falls Police Officers conducted an investigation and discovered on the 15th of December 2012 , Geoffrey Montgomery destroyed property which consisted of a cell phone being valued at $599.99. Montgomery was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court and was remanded to the custody of the Seneca County Sheriffs Office in lieu of $1500 cash bail or $3000 secured bail bond. Montgomery is to reappear in the Town of Fayette Court on the 28th of December 2012 at 1:00pm for the felony hearing.
