Yates County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 35-year old Cecil Dutcher Jr. of Mayfield for criminal possession of a weapon 4th when he was found to be in possession of a rifle in Middlesex. Dutcher has a felony conviction in NYS and because he is a convicted felon, he is no longer able to possess a rifle or firearm. Dutcher was arraigned in the Town of Middlesex Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail in-lieu of $1000 cash or $2000 bond.
