The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division has arrested a Beaver Dams man on charges of Burglary.
Jeffrey S. Besley (age 21) of Roloson Hollow Road Beaver Dams, NY is charged with one count of Burglary in the Third Degree (a class D felony) for allegedly entering the abandoned building which was once the Big M in Montour Falls, NY and stealing copper plumbing pipes from inside.
Besley was arraigned before the Village of Montour Falls Court and remanded to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash / $100,000 bond.
