The defendant 20 year old Charles Michael Lamb of Penfield was arrested and charged with Robbery 2nd following a shoplifting complaint from Macy's Loss Prevention where the defendant fought with and injured Loss Prevention Officers. The defendant was remanded to the Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention. He will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
