20 year old Nicholas Chappell of Canandaigua was arrested on 10/23/12 at 11:00AM at 3010 County Complex Dr and charged with burglary in the second degree. He is accussed of entering into an apartment at Brentwood Apartments 3230 Moran Rd on 9/22/12 and stealing cash. He was arraigned in Hopewell Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2500.00 cash bail. He is to reappear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
