On 09/30/12 at or about 2;46 PM Ontario County Sheriff Deputies investigated a one car personal injury motor vehicle accident that occurred on State Route 96 just west of Brown Road m the Town of Manchester. 18 year old Joshua J. Bailey of Clyde was west bound on State Route 96 when his vehicle went off the north shoulder of the roadway and struck a tree. Joshua sustained minor lacerations to his right hand as a result of the accident. He was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident and at this time there is no found cause of the accident. Clifton Springs Fire Department also responded to the scene. Joshua was transported by Finger Lakes Ambulance to Clifton.
